   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. **Non-Returnable Items:**
   - Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

      - Gift cards.
      - Downloadable software.
      - Perishable goods.

3. **Return Process:**

   - Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
   - Ship the item, along with a copy of the original invoice or receipt,   Email us for a return address.

4. **Refund or Exchange:**
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
